Con el presente Auto se adopta una MEDIDA PROVISIONAL y, en consecuencia, se ordena al Congreso de la República suspender de manera inmediata la actuación administrativa iniciada para la elección de contralor general de la República.
Se dispone que dicha medida se mantenga hasta tanto la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional notifique la sentencia que la Sala Plena dicte en el expediente de la referencia.

- PRIMERO. Como MEDIDA PROVISIONAL, ORDENAR al Congreso de la República la suspensión inmediata de la actuación administrativa iniciada para la elección de contralor general de la República. Esta medida provisional se mantendrá hasta tanto la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional notifique la sentencia que la Sala Plena dicte en el expediente T-9.624.226.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR de forma inmediata y prioritaria la presente providencia al accionante, a la Sección Quinta del Consejo de Estado, al Congreso de la República y a los demás terceros vinculados al proceso de la referencia.
